VCSA Installation failed

I have a fresh installed ESXi 6.7U3 on a host with 256GB RAM and 2TB SSD.  I tried to install VCSA 7.0 with UI installer.  It failed with a very vague "error" message (log attached).  Then I tried the VCSA 6.7.  Failed with a "file is too large" error.  What did I do wrong?  Thanks!

It looks like it cannot copy to datastore. Are you able to create or copy files to datastore.

Have you checked ur SSD is supported in VMware HCL ?

Please make sure that the correct DNS A record and PTR reverse resolution record have been added to the DNS server!

So DNS is required for vCenter appliance install?  I cannot go by IP address only?

To do things properly, you need DNS records, just like most things that are considered management infrastructure.
