I have windows 10 and when I try to DL the root cert it just downloads a file named download and not a zip like you'd expect, when I change the extension to .zip it shows the certs folder and then inside of there are two certs but with a .0 and .r0 extension, I've tried chrome/IE/FF and another windows 10 pc and the same thing happens.
I had the cert installed on my own Win7 box with no issues for reference.
Rename the .0 files to .crt and place in the appropriate cert store for your use.

daphnissov wow, so simple, yet completely overlooked by myself, not sure why it omitted the extension, as I don't recall having to do that on win7, but that was the fix, many thanks.
