VCSA Build 6.7.0.44000 not listed in "Available updates" on one of my two vCenters

I'm planning to patch both my vCenters from 6.7 U2 to U3g. One VCSA shows 6.7.0.44000 while the other only goes up to 6.7.0.43000.

Yes, I have tried the "Check Updates" button.

I wouldn't worry about it. You want to download your patch from the patch portal anyhow, then just attach the ISO and do another check from the VAMI but specify the CD-ROM.
