VCSA Appliance 503 Service Unavailable (Failed.../ui action = Allow _port = 8080)

I normally find similar problem and solved righ away so big thanks to this forum, but now i'm facing a problem that most likely nobody else ever experience.

when accessing https://<vcsa>/ui, i got 503 Service Unavailable but the difference between my problem and anyone else is that my port number is 8080.

VCSA Appliance 6.7

root@vcsa [ ~ ]# service-control --status --all
Running:
applmgmt lwsmd pschealth vmafdd vmcad vmcam vmdird vmdnsd vmonapi vmware-analytics vmware-cis-license vmware-cm vmware-eam vmware-perfcharts vmware-pod vmware-postgres-archiver vmware-rbd-watchdog vmware-rhttpproxy vmware-sca vmware-statsmonitor vmware-sts-idmd vmware-stsd vmware-updatemgr vmware-vapi-endpoint vmware-vmon vmware-vpostgres vmware-vpxd vmware-vpxd-svcs vmware-vsm vsan-dps vsphere-client vsphere-ui
Stopped:
vmware-content-library vmware-imagebuilder vmware-mbcs vmware-netdumper vmware-sps vmware-vcha vmware-vsan-health
root@vcsa [ ~ ]#

https://<vcsa>/vsphere-client/ <== is working.

my first issue is that I do not have access to root to see services status, but solve by doing password recovery.

after almost than a week following Solved Thread in this forum and VMware Knowledge Base but still fail, now I'm totally lost and have no clue.

kindly help.

Ok, if that is not STS cert, I will ask maybe a stupid question but is your port 8080 open?
