I normally find similar problem and solved righ away so big thanks to this forum, but now i'm facing a problem that most likely nobody else ever experience.
when accessing https://<vcsa>/ui, i got 503 Service Unavailable but the difference between my problem and anyone else is that my port number is 8080.

https://<vcsa>/vsphere-client/ <== is working.
my first issue is that I do not have access to root to see services status, but solve by doing password recovery.
after almost than a week following Solved Thread in this forum and VMware Knowledge Base but still fail, now I'm totally lost and have no clue.
kindly help.

Please have a look here:
Ok, if that is not STS cert, I will ask maybe a stupid question but is your port 8080 open?
