I'm using the latest version of VCB, and using vcbMounter.exe to back up a virtual machine using the "-M 1 -F 0" options.
However, when it transfers the disk, the progress bar reads:
Converting "e:\mnt\apvl1\scsi0-0-0-myvm.vmdk" (compact file)[/b]:
0%=====================50%====================100%
The vmdk file that is produced is indeed a monolithic file which is the same size a the original virtual disk.
Is the "(compact file)" simply a typo, or is VCB doing some compression despite me explicitly telling it not to?
