VC2.0 installation issue

Hi All,

Installation is reported as successful, but no shortcut appears on desktop or in program files. The service is started. How do I open the app?

Have you downloaded and install the client software?

The simples way to do this is to use Internet Explorer and go to the IP address of the VC server. One of your options is to download and install the client. Follow the prompts.

Once the client is installed, open the client and put in the IP address of the VC server. You'll need an account in the Administrators group on the server to access VC.
