VC u3 Update Manager Proxy setting

I need to use a 5 digit proxy port number and the GUI only allows for a 4 digit, where can I over ride this as in the past in the xml file. I looked in the vci-integrity.xml file and it is not there any longer unless I just dont see it.

My VC server is not available to me right now, so I don't know the exact file to fix, but the way I solve these sorts of problems is to enter very unique values for the host and proxy port that don't correspond to anything real (e.g., use "proxy.notgonnahappen.com" and "4242"), then search through the filesystem for those values.

That is one method I am trying and I am hoping that someone has already found it or knows of another method
