VC services failed to start automatically

Hi,

I have problem when I reboot my VC server, the VC services failed to start automatically. I need to manually go to start the services.

have a look in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs

check the vpxd-x.log and look for an error. it looks like it cannot start because something else is not ready.
