VC Build 3 and a SAN lic?

So I have just recently upgrade to Build 3 fro both VC and ESX and I am having a issue with some of my VM's... The ones that are powered off can not be turned on, I get the following errors:

A required lience SAN Usage is not reserved

Failed to power on: A general system error occured:

Now these are VM that have been running on a SAN for over a year on the same lic server and I see nothing in the Lic Server that would inidate and error or any kind of SAN lic....

Any ideas?

Seems very strange. Not that an upgrade should have affected this but what does the licensing section look like (Host -> Configuration -> Licensed Features)? The only other thing I would think is to verify communication between your ESX hosts and the license server which can also be done in that section under Configuration

Hi,

Do you get the same behavior when you are directly connected to the ESX host using the Virtual Infrastructure Client?

I have not tried that yet.... I'll let you know what happens.
