VC 2 Audit Report

I used to use VC 1 to generate a report detailing all of the VM's that are hosted on our ESX servers and within this report we used to get figures for CPU % on the new version it shows CPU MHz but when you open it up in excel it shows the CPU MHz as a %? Is this normal?

Also is there another way of getting all of the VM's and what resources they are using?

Hello,

Not sure this quite what you want but you can do a performance graph when you select the host of "Stacked Graph Per VM" and include the Rate/Usage of the CPUs. You can also perform a 'Performance' Report with that same information.

That should get you the data you can then munge to a report of your choosing.

Best regards,

Edward
