VC 2.5 - "Cluster Manager Rule not Enabled" ?

After upgrading to VC 2.5 we are have trouble getting the HA to configure. Everytime it runs.. then fails with "VMware ClusterManager rule not enabled" message... what the heck does this mean? Can find nothing on this forum, Google, or anywhere about this message... has anyone else experinced it yet?

My Cluster is now in danger as I cannot get the resources to meet the requirements for HA failover... any help is much appreciated.

Disable HA on the cluster, and re-enable it.

Should do the trick.

Thanks Patrick... that did the trick... of course now I have a warning that the SC is not redundant which seems like a new message since 2.5 upgrade. Now I need to get another IP address and do a little reconfiguring.
