VC 2.5 U3 upgrade

Hi folks: Anyone seen this error when they are upgrading their VC?

The DSN points to an older version of database repository which requires upgradin. The upgrade is required and it will make the repository incompatible with older product versions.

My VC DB connnects to a SQL 2005 server (which is managed by someone else).

Any idea?

Hello,

This is normal and is actually commenting on the version of the Virtual Center database itself and not the SQL Server. Since you are doing an upgrade it is expected that the VC database also needs to be updated. Assuming you did a backup first just continue on.
