User level access to Virtual Center and VM consoles

All,

Is it possible to provide a user with access to Virtual Centre and only have rights to access a particular VMs console..??

This is due to the server being in a DMZ and no management network is provided.

All suggestions welcomed.

You must use VMware permission.

First create the Windows user (could be a local user on VC or an AD user).

Then on your VM (in permission tab) add a role (for example VM user).
