Upload of VM greyed out

Hi there

I have a Win 11 VM converted to ESXi 7.0 format which I want to upload into a vCenter remote server. But the upload in the manage menu item is greyed out. I'm already connected to the server and the VM is powered off.

Any hint what I have to change?

Perhaps this is the presence of the virtual TPM device in the guest hardware.
Virtual TPM requires Vm encryption, and Vm encryption prevents export. This is true even if the virtual disks are not encrypted.
