Upgrading Virtual Center

I am trying to upgrade my Virtual Center server to version 2.5 update 5. It currently has version 2.5 build 119598. When I get to the database step, I am getting and error that says "The DSN points to an older version of the database repository which requires upgrading. The upgrade is required and it will make the repository incompatible with older product version". Can I safely continue with the upgrade without losing my current configs?

Before upgrading make a backup of these db, because they get an upgrade:

-master

-msdb

-VCenter DB

MCP, VCP

MCP, VCP3 , VCP4

You have to upgrade your DB version.

Just to be sure (if you want to do a rollback to current version) to have a backup.

Thanks. It's on last nights backup, but just in case, I made a copy to an alternate server.
