Upgrade vCSA 6 to 6.5 Failed

Hi all

I have tried to upgrade my vcsa 6 to vcsa 6.5 but after stage 1, In stage 2 it gives an error that it can not connect to old vcsa on port 22

I tried to connect my old vcsa via another machine and it successfully connected without any problem

Have you specified the correct port group and IP settings (including DNS settings) for the new vCSA appliance on the stage 1? And when you say that you can connect to your old vCSA, you're talking about connect through SSH?
