Upgrade to VCSA 7.0b or c?

Seen a few posts which show update c is having CPU issues, can anyone confirm and suggest which one to upgrade to from 6.7?

I would suggest to go with below version for 6.7. Consider always N-1

Has VCSA 7.0c high cpu usage been fixed?

According to other users the issue has been reported, i.e. VMware is aware of it.

Personally, I consider this a major issue, so I'd expect a fix with the next patch.

Not yet fix. May be fix in next patch release.

Ok so probably best approach is to upgrade to VCSA 7.0b and then update to VCSA 7.0c within a month or so.
