Upgrade VCenter 4.0 to 4.1

Dear Guys,

I want  to perform this operation and i would like to know some reccomendations, hints, suggestions etc..
Is there something particular i need to know (considering i have 6 vcenters all in linked mode).

The documentation from VMware is very thorough and will not steer you wrong.

The process will greatly depend on which optional extra's you have installed into your environment. vShield Zones, SRM, Lab Manager, View server etc.
