I have to upgrade my VC 4.1 to VC 4.1 update 1, my VC is currently running as a VM - server 2008 R2 at a ESX 4.1 build 260247.
Can you please provide the step y step guide and as well precautions for doing the upgrade?

ok, however i can see both of them released 10 Feb 2011.
there was a minor revision to the initial GA morning release, so the build slightly changed. When you download vCenter 4.1 U1 and install it, it will be build 345043
