Update Manager Esx Supported Versions?

Quick one is update manager support on esx 3.02 it doesn't look like it?

The only documentation i could find talks about being supported on 3.1 and above? im assuming early documentation before 3.5 came out.

Many thanks

Andy

In order to update older hosts, you should use the esxupdate command in the console or use one of the available scripts (search the forum or check this: http://www.vmware-land.com/Vmware_Links.html#Patches ). Please see the documentation for its usage.

Another way to update your host is to use one of the install ISOs and burn them to a CD. The install CD doubles as an upgrade CD and gives you a really quick way on upgrading a host.
