Unable tyo login Virtual center server

Hi

In my environment am unable to login virtual center server can any one assist me .

Below I have mentioned what I did

1. I have correct user name and password

2. all the servers are running correctly

3. all the ports are open status

4. I can able to login exs

with this message i have attached error message

what is the exact error message? Nothing was attached - did you confirm that the virtual center server service is running ?
