Unable to read data from the transport connection.

Hi,

I seem to be seeing this box pop up randomly when i am connected to the vCenter Server.  I'm running 4.1 esx and vcenter.  Not sure what provokes it, it just seems to be random...anyone ever seen this before, and if so, whats the fix?
