Unable to download a plug-in for HPE OneView for VMware vCenter

Getting the following error.

Not really sure where to start.

I've taken a support file from vCenter, so I can look at any logs.

Tried searching for "Cannot complete the operation" everywhere in /var/log/vmware on the vCenter machine.

All looks correct from the OV4VC instance.  It appears that vCenter was added correctly.

Not sure what file to inspect in vCenter.  Can gain access via ssh.

Another screen shot:

I had the same problem today and asked one of the guys in the support and it turns out it was a DNS issue. The OneView 4 vCenter VM needs to be able to resolve the name. So after I added the record in DNS, removed the vCenter instance from OneView and readded it, the error disappeared and all worked ok.

Yes, thank you.

I resolved it by having vCenter and OV4VC both point to the same DNS server and use names wherever possible instead of IP addresses and all was good.
