The resource allocation screen for powered on virtual machines for Disk is all greyed out
In multiple environments
2.5.x ESX greyed out
3.0 HA Cluster greyed out
3.0 Standalone greyed out
3.5 Standalone machine greyed out
Storage is either FCP LUNS or 1gig NFS
Was able to modify the Resource Allocation on disk's in VC2.0 on live guests...
