Tomcat in vcenter

Hi,

Tomat cat is consuming so much memory on VC and the users cant able to connect to VC even.

whether can we replace tomcat with some other like iis or API which will be used to start/stop/suspend a VM.

Tomcat is necessary for webacess and can not be replaced with another web services - If you stop the tomcat service is the problem resolved?
