The request failed due to an SSL error

During the login procedure for the VI client, I receive this error message: 'the request failed die to an SSL error'. Clicking OK on the error message and it disappears and the VI client continues to load without incident. The server and client are vSphere 4.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

You probably did an upgrade from Virtual Center 2.5, didn't you? Components like VMWare Update Manager and Converter need to be upgraded to.
