Hi,

Is IIS  installed on machine, in which you are trying to install vCenter server. Remove or Disbale all services which are not  from VMware.

Thanks Mohammed,

i have uninstalled all sql2k8 files and related from control panel

Then installed SQLManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe package from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=22985

and i have changed port numbers to

HTTPS 443 to 5986

HTTP 80 to 5985

now you will be able to install vCenter without any errors.

Thanks,

Dileep
