Sysprep fails for Windows XP : Vcenter 4.1

Hello,

I am trying to run sysprep but it fails to complete.

There is no error message.

There are couple of pop ups suggesting Sysprep is Working.

But after that theres a blue screen with Win XP logo. And it sits in there forever.

(Attached some screen shots)

How to troubleshoot such issues. I don't know where it's failing.

VCenter Server (Win 2008 R2)

did you put the sysprep files for windows xp in the vcenter?

It's already present there under :

ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep\xp

[HDas]

I was able to figure out the issue.

The Image was of a different version than the Sysprep File version stored in program data.
