We are running VxRail with vsphere version 7.0.3.00700. I have successfully configured smart card authentication on our main system, and can authenticate with my smart card. I have performed the exact steps on our DR site VxRail system and yet I cannot get smart card authentication working there. When attempting to log in with smart card in our DR site, I get the following:
"Make sure the smart card is inserted properly. Close your browser window then retry."
I'm someone who is just venturing into the vmware world, but I'm learning. However, I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For more information needed do not hesitate to ask.
