i have review the configuration, its ok, my nic is set to connect at power on (and its supposed to be connected), i have othervirtual servers (windows) and they are ok and running.

Hello,

Welcome to the VMware Communities forum.

In order to answer your question we need a little more info like the product name and what version you are running

For example Virtual Center 2.x is the managment product that connects to VMware servers which can be ESX 2.x 3.x etc

Screen shots can also help us understand when words are not enough.

im uploading some screen shots, perhaps my english is not so well, hope this helps, as you can see, the nic is connected and the network connection is the used with other servers, on the virtual server it appears to recognize the nic, i have configured it correctly but it just gives me the same message:

Connect: Network is unreachable

Are you able to ping a host in the same subnet?

Are you able to ping other VMs on the same port group?
