Services Fail on VCSA 7.02 (also 7.03) fresh installation

I hope I placed this correctly!

#####Context

My Setup is a Supermicro epyc 3251 host running ESXI 7.02. I try to make VCSA running stable on it but I fail for weeks now, so Maybe someone around here can give me some ideas. I ask on these two reddit posts and added Screenshots but run out of replies.

https://www.reddit.com/r/vmware/comments/rjj4mx/can_someone_explain_to_me_why_my_lab_installation/

The frustrating part is, it did run in the past (even if I am not sure if some of the issues existed earlier and I just disn't see them).

######

When I reboot my freshly installed vCenter most services dont start. I cant start them through CLI nor Webgui either. I had some DNS issues too making it impossible to install 7.03 Vcenter with an fqdn (IP worked), but with 7.02 the installer runs through. I have a standard Windows DNS Server with static entries for the Vcenter. I was able to resolve it from the appliance CGI.

For referrence here 2 screenshots what I see after reboot (plus 2 from Stage 1 of installation): https://imgur.com/a/QFXdu1Z

I hope someone might be able to help me locate the issue. I tried to find logs but honestly dont know which may be relevant.

Make sure to have PTR records(forward and reverse lookup in DNS). Then deploy vCSA with correct inputs. In FQDN column ; mention fqdn and not IP . Anyways try this and if it fails; please share the UI error. And if possible the logs even . Else you can reach out to VMware GSS Support

If you think your queries have been answered
Mark this response as "Correct" or "Helpful".

I have a AA record and a reverse lookup manually set and was able to resolve it on the appliance using nslookup. The 7.02 installation goes through even with a dns name set, the 7.03 only with an ip instead of a fqdn. Both installation fail after rebooting them.
