Security warning only on 1 ESXi?

There is an exclaimation mark on one of my ESXi host but there is no alarm. After hunting around, I found that this warning is shown only at the Summary Tab of the ESXi host:

Local Tech Support Mode... has been enabled

Remote Tech Support Mode (SSH)... has been enabled

The funny thing is that these 2 modes are also enabled on my other ESXi host. Yet there is no exclaimation mark nor wanring in it's Summary Tab. Why is this so?

A reboot will clear the warning or restarting the hostd service, but that will disconnect the host from vCenter temporarily.
