Hi maishsk, thanks for the response, that kb does not apply here, I know my administrator account and the issue I am having has to do with the sql users, I want to change the passwords but dont know if sso will break.  I opened a case and it sounds like I can just delete the two users and then uninstall and reinstall SSO to fix the issue but I am waiting for confirmation.

So after not much help from support, I was able to find this solution to my problem by ripping and replacing the SSO installation, after uninstalling SSO I reinstalled, but the reinstall failed as it said that it could not create the users on the database I already had. For grins I tried to reinstall again and it took this time and then I followed this article to re-register the SSL certs http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=203362...
