SQL Error in vcenter Server LOG

Hi all !

We have some problem with vcenter sql server yesterday (100% cpu peak and the roolup stat job never finish).

We solve that problem and now all is working fine exept for this error in the vcenter server log

SQL execution took too long: insert into VPX_TEMPTABLE2 (ROW_ID, ENTITY_ID, STAT_ID, DEVICE_NAME, TIME_ID, STAT_VALUE, DEVICE_TYPE, DEST_TABLE) values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)

Did somebody have an idea on what can be the problem ?

Thank

Karl.

Hi,

I might not be correct but check for the Log files (ie .LDF file) of vcenter database, Might be space issue what you have given for increasing the logs files.

If that the case then go for shrink database or shrink database file which will reduce your LDF file.
