Rights needed to to vMotion and storage VMotion

Dear guys,

Do you know which rights are needed to do storage vMotion and vMotion in VCenter 4.1 ?
I have already assigned :

resource>assign vApp to resource pool, + relocate + migrate

also with these rights i cannot see the hosts but only the folders.

Can you please help me ?

Hi , i solved it, i have assigned rights to folders only and not to datacenter object.
once i did it , i was able to do vMotion.
