Restrict access for vcenter or ESX users to a single vm and allow concurrent connections

Ideally I'd like to set up a group of users for access to a single vm and allow multiple connections to it. Are concurrent connections even possible to a single vm through web access?

If you mean concurrent connections to the vSphere (or VIC) console, thant you can more than one, but all will see the SAME think.

To have multiple connections with different sessions you must use RDP or SSH directly to the guest OS.
