Hi i'm trying to reset the VM. It's giving me an error,
"Could not power on VM: Bad parameter. Failed to power on VM.."
I'm using VC2.0.2
If you connect direct to the ESX server can you reset it? You might try re-starting the mgmt-vmware and vmware-vpxa services on the ESX server that the VM is located on.
Did you ever get a root cause for this error? I'm having the same issue now with Virtual Center 2.0.2, build 61426

As stated above, Restarting the vmware-mgmt service fix the issue.
