Remove a datastore from an old Host webclient

So I followed the following document to remove the datastores from an ESXi Host that had failed

Unable to remove a datastore from the vCenter Server 4.x / 5.x inventory (1026661)

It removed the datastore from the old client but not from webclient.

Any suggestions?

It should have synced on the web client too. May be webclient is not refreshing the inventory. Can you reconnect and see if its gone?

Hi,

I successfully removed an inactive datastore by using the same KB. The datastore doesn't appears with the client but still appears in the webclient. I tried to reboot vcenter serve, clear browser cache ... I can't remove the datastore.

When I tried to manage the inactive datastore I have an error in the weblient :

An internal error has occurred - Error #1034.

Reloading the client is recommended, so as to clear any problems left by this error.

Click Yes to reload the vSphere Web Client?

The stack :

TypeError: Error #1034

I too am having this exact same issue.  The datastore does not appear in my vSphere 5.5 desktop client but it appears as inactive in my vCenter web client.  This is after I have followed the KB (VMware KB: Interacting with the vCenter Server Appliance embedded IBM DB2 database ) to delete the datastore references in the vpostgress database.
