Reimporting Multiple Hosts/Virtual Machines

We've had a user remove multiple virtual machines and hosts from our vsphere. Are there recomendations on best way to re-import other than manually one at a time?

thanks in advance

or if all else fails you can do it the old fashion way... but PowerCLI, probably will be your quickest way to do this depending on how many guests and hosts need to be added back to your vCenter inventory.

The VM's are removed from inventory but reside on the datastores? As for the hosts, they are stand alone now?

this may be worth looking at
