Registering vCenter Plugins?

Greetings,

I want to know if it is possible to register plugins like the VMWare Data Recovery and Xtravirt RDP plugins with vcenter, so that when someone has downloaded the client from vcenter, they can just go to the list of available plugins and click "download and install" for these plugins. I'd prefer to do this over giving people the installer files.

Is it possible? Obviously Update Manager distributes in this fashion, so I'm assuming others can.

you can install in your machine a plugin of data recovery and open your vi client normally.
