Realtime performance statistics reset after vMotion?
Quick question...probably a total softball that I've simply never noticed before. When one vMotions a VM from one host to another do the realtime performance stats reset? That seems to be what I'm seeing and it makes a certain amount of sense but I want to make sure that's what should be going on. FWIW both 5.1 and 5.5.
When you say host level...I assume you really mean at the VM? I'm not seeing the "gap" (actually it's just zero metrics recorded/displayed before the vMotion) when I look at the host Performance tab, rather I see it when I'm on the VM's performance tab. Thanks!
