Question about roles when user has Administrator permissions

Hi all,

For the VI3.5 site I support, I need to grant access to some system admins to only power off/power on a VM. These system admins have adminstrator permissions in the AD. For example, I log onto VirtualCenter with the VirtualCenter Client and have access to all the VMs and all access to them. If one of the other system admins logged on they would have access to all the VMs. Is there any way to give them limited access to only the VMs they "manage" so they can do power off/power on themselves?

Add yourself explicitly to virtual center with the admin role and then remove the local administrators group from the VC admin role. That's how I do it.
