Problems in Accessing Licensed Features in VC 2.0.1

Has anyone seen this before: Clicking on Licensed Features produced a pop-up box that says "permission to perform this operation was denied". This is the only option that produces this message, and I have full rights/permissions.

Restart your vc service. Check your permission at the datacenter (host&cluster) level to double-check nothing changed.
