Powering off a virtual machine fails with the error: Can not power Off: Another task is Already in progress

hello,
"I have a VMware vCenter Server 4.0"
I have a VM "Windows 2003 server" and when I tried to restart the VM has crashed with blue screen and I get a message
"Powering off a virtual machine fails with the error: Can not power Off: Another task is Already in progress"
I also tried doing brutally "right mouse button (suVM) - Power --- Power-off"
but I get the message that I put on.

how can I do?
