I would like to give my users permission to connect and disconnect their NICs. Not to select which network, just to change the device status. What permissions do I need?
As a higher level question, how do I discover what permissions are needed for any given operation? I have yet to figure one of these out on my own. These things tend to require various permissions at multiple levels and it is never clear what is necessary.
