Performance

In the Performance Tab of VC I am trying to understand what each chart is showing me. The one that confuses me is the one that relates to Memory Consumed? What does it tell me that is different than the other memory features?

Memory Consumed will be the difference between memory granted (i.e. the memory you're allocated to the VM) minus memory shared through page sharing. So if you have a VM with 1 GB RAM, memory granted would be 1 GB, and if ESX is able to share 100 MB between this VM and the other VMs, then consumed memory would be equal to 924 MB.
