Performance Overview Plugin Error

I've recently updated my vCenter 2.5 U3 to U4. All is well except the new "Performance Overview" plugin. I followed the proceedures pretty well (I thought), and have tried it several times to no avail, even following the KB articles for uninstalling and reinstalling this plugin.

When I click on the Performance Overview tab, this message appears...

"STATs Report service internal error

Message: STATs Report application initialization is not completed successfully. "

Anyone having similar problems?

Doh! I didn't bother because I am using the full version of SQL 2005. I'll try it and update this thread.

I had the same problem and none of the KB's seemed to work or didn't apply to my setup, then I changed the webaccess-service to log on as the same account I used for the db connection and then finally the nice graphs appear in VC.

vistaphotos , that was the solution. (It's always something simple!). Anyway, despite the KB article saying it was for those using SQL Express, it can apply to those (like me) using the full version of SQL. Thanks.
