Old VM's That Are No Longer In Use

It appears that we have several directories on our VSphere drives that were at one time active VM's but are no longer used.  Is there an mechanism that I can use that will display all the active VM's and there physical location on the drives?

You can check the date of the file.

Or use scripting.

Or use some programs like RVTools.
