OVF Import "Breakpoint" Error Message

I've a virtual appliance (EMC Celerra) in a OVF format which I'm trying to import into VirtualCenter...

It worked once before - with the OVF file being on a network share. But now where ever I try, the import process just bombs out with this error message

"VPXclient has encounted a user-defined breakpoint.

A breakpoint in a program error. After this dialog is dismissed... blah, blah..."

After acknowledging the error the VPXclient bombs out, and I'm left with an orphaned VMs in the list which I have to use "remove" from inventory...

This is a new one on me - never seen this "breakpoint" message before. Anyone else had this - and know of a work around?

Oh BTW... This appears to be cryptic client error - because it just started to work on a different VM with the vpxclient installed to it...
